For sale is a high-quality 3-jaw chuck from the renowned manufacturer SMW AUTOBLOK, type 250 BH. The chuck is designed for professional use on CNC lathes and is characterized by its precise workmanship and high clamping forces.
The chuck is suitable for the EMCO MAXX TURN 95. The appropriate adapter / mount is included in the scope of delivery (see pictures), so that direct mounting on this machine is possible.
The chuck has a self-centering 3-jaw design and is designed for high speeds as well as continuous industrial loads. According to the manufacturer, the maximum clamping force Fmax is 50 kN, the maximum total force ΣSmax 145 kN, at a permissible speed of up to 4,000 min⁻¹. The nominal diameter is 250 mm.
