The WIESHEU Dibas 64 blue S is a high-quality in-store baking oven for professional use in bakeries, supermarkets and catering establishments. The oven is characterised by its ergonomic and space-saving door concept with side slide-in guide ("Dibas"). The integrated touchscreen control enables intuitive operation and programming for consistently excellent baking results.
With its two superimposed hot air baking chambers, the model offers maximum flexibility and high baking capacity in a small footprint. The powerful steam generator ensures an optimal climate in the cooking chamber. The exhaust hood with filter technology effectively removes moisture and odours, which is particularly advantageous in open in-store baking areas.
The Wiesheu Dibas 64 blue L is a high-performance deck oven for professional use in bakeries, food retailers and restaurants. The front door opening with the patented LIBAS system (Door-In-Back System) enables particularly ergonomic working and saves space when opening. The modern touch operation and the robust stainless steel construction guarantee reliability, ease of use and a long service life – even in continuous operation.
Ideally suited for locations with high customer frequency and professional demands on energy efficiency, ease of use and hygiene. In addition, the oven has been overhauled, the latest software is available and a box with 20 cleaning cartridges is included.
