20 ft desk container (blue / RAL 5010), dimensions approx. 6058 x 2438 x 2591 mm (L x W x H), divided with an office/barge room and a separate sanitary room equipped with toilet and sink, equipped with a small kitchenette / pantry with sink, turn/tilt windows with shutters, wicket door, electric convector heating, ceiling lighting, group box, sockets and external power connection, Constructed with original corner pieces/twistlocks on each corner and lifting/spoon holes for transport.

De minimumleeftijd voor het bezoeken van de kijk- en ophaaldagen is 18 jaar. Bezoekers moeten zich kunnen identificeren.
Tijdens de ophaaldag is een vorkheftruck met chauffeur beschikbaar, die kosteloos gebruikt kan worden. De maximale hefcapaciteit bedraagt 8000 kg.
Kopers zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor de demontage van hun kavels. Bij kavels zwaarder dan 8 ton dient de koper zelf een passende heftruck of hijskraan te organiseren.
Gebruik van de vorkheftruck geschiedt geheel op eigen risico. Daarnaast kunnen zich wachttijden voordoen.
