An office set consisting of office furniture for equipping an office space is offered. The information refers exclusively to the visible furniture, not to the entire volume of the room.Configuration
Depending on the visible inventory, it includes desks, mobile pedestals, sideboards/base cabinets, filing cabinets, shelves and mobile partitions. A height-adjustable desk DELTA-V is also part of the set.Important note on the scope of delivery
The ad only refers to the office furniture. The following items are expressly not included: documents/records, computers, screens, printers, electronics, office equipment, lamps, personal belongings, decoration and other loose items visible in the photos. The offer is valid from the foundation, all lubricants, impurities and foreign articles must be removed and disposed of by the buyer if necessary.

Business buyers from the European Union (EU) and non-EU countries (third countries) are obliged to pay a deposit to Troostwijk Deutschland on their total purchase. This deposit is calculated on the basis of the VAT rate applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany. After confirmation that the purchased lot has left the EU, the deposit will be returned to the buyer:
• EU buyers must complete a completed confirmation of success [download the template "Template_Intra-Community Supply (DE-EN)" attached here] to Troostwijk Germany and return the deposit to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to receive a refund.
• Non-EU buyers must return a copy of the electronic export declaration (EX-A with MRN - for verification only) or, if the value of the goods is lower, a completed export declaration with a stamp from the EU border customs office to export.de@troostwijkauctions.com in order to get the deposit refunded.
