Surplex acts solely as a web platform. The invoicing and payment process will be carried out as usual through our platform. Once payment has been made for the awarded items, you will be provided with the seller's contact details. The seller will be your ONLY contact for all matters related to this auction: organization of collection, loading of the items, customs procedures, possible claims, etc. All items awarded in this auction for countries outside the European Union will be sold under the Incoterm® 2020 Ex Works (EXW), with the buyer being responsible for the management and assumption of the procedures, costs and risks associated with the transport, export and import of the goods. Pick-up is only possible by appointment with the seller. The collection deadline is September 30th. Items not collected until that day will be transferred and the buyer will assume the costs of transport and subsequent storage.
