Application:

The ZHR 15 return enables one-man operation on single-sided throughfeed machines.

Function:
Workpieces coming out of the machine are picked up by a roller conveyor, which transports the parts to a lifting station.A crank drive in the inclined plane transports the parts to an upper pressure, which transports them to an inclined plane consisting of roller rails.The parts slide back to the operator on this inclined roller conveyor under their own weight. (see notes)

The driven roller conveyor is equipped with a turning station so that wide or short parts can be turned by 90 degrees.

To support wide parts, an additional support roller conveyor is fitted, which can be folded down when not in use.
