For processing HSS and solid carbide circular saws. These can be resharpened, re-toothed and chamfered. The specified tooth form curve is achieved via two controlled axes. During the grinding process, the CBN grinding wheel traces the complete tooth shape and removes the desired amount of material, while the control system calculates the number of teeth from the diameter and the number of teeth. Once the saw and grinding wheel have been correctly positioned and the required data entered into the control unit, the control unit enables a fully automatic grinding process. At the end of the program, the machine stops automatically.
