The SHW PS 3000C – 5-Axis Gantry-Type Machining Center with Universal Milling Head delivers outstanding precision and performance in large-scale machining.
Equipped with a 37/55 kW main drive, speeds up to 6,000 rpm, a Heidenhain TNC 640 control, and a 120-tool chain magazine, it ensures maximum efficiency and reliability.
The table (2,000 × 1,600 mm, swing diameter Ø 2,600 mm) supports workpieces up to 15,000 kg.
A universal swivel head (A ±120° / C +90°–270°), feed rates up to 30,000 mm/min, and a zero-point clamping system with pallet table guarantee exceptional flexibility, accuracy, and productivity.

The professionally overhauled surface finishing system with manufacturers Bütfering, Bürkle, Venjakob, Cefla, and Kraft - Alphamatic for door painting was commissioned around 2020. The machines were overhauled around 2018, and the control system was modernized.
New and professionally partially overhauled laminating system with manufacturers IMA, Kraft, Costa and Homag for door production.
The new and professionally partially overhauled laminating line for door production, equipped with IMA, Kraft, Costa, and Homag, was commissioned in 2022/2023. The new machines and overhaul costs amounted to approximately € 5.4 million.
The plant was designed for the electroplating of ABS and ABS/PC plastics. Construction and test operation were completed in 2020; no regular series production was initiated.
The installed process technology is supplied by Atotech and MacDermid Enthone.
The system is fully automated and equipped with an IT infrastructure capable of storing and managing up to 1,000 different technologies and process parameters.
