This is a Cobalm sludge collection and sludge dewatering unit, often used in stone processing, concrete, ceramics or industrial processes where sludge (water + solid particles) is released.
What does this machine do?
The machine is intended for:
Collecting sludge
Dewatering / drying of sludge
Separation of water and solids
The water can be reused or disposed of, and the sludge is left behind as a much drier cake.
How does it work (simply explained)?
Sludge is supplied via a powerful pump
The sludge goes into filter bags (those white bags you see)
Water runs through the filter material
Solid parts remain in the bag
After a while, take out the bags and empty them
