For sale is a used office container / recreation container in stable steel frame construction with functional equipment for year-round use. The container has approx. 6 cm thick wall and roof insulation, which makes it usable even at low temperatures.
It is divided into two separate rooms with an access door, several sockets, light installation and electrical distribution via a fuse box (Hager). A combination of electric and gas heating ensures a demand-based heat supply. The window surfaces are made of plastic with insulating glazing, one large window is located at the front, two narrow ones at the long side.
The interior walls are covered with light wood décor panelling, the floor is covered with PVC. The entrance door is lockable. On the outside, the container shows weather-related signs of wear such as dents, scratches and slight rust, but is leak-proof, dry and immediately ready for use.
