A complete, professional diesel-powered fire pump installation (Firepack). This high-quality sprinkler pump is factory-assembled and certified by the renowned Dutch specialist Van Wijk & Boerma Firepacks from Zwijndrecht. The entire installation is compact and robustly built on a heavy steel transport frame (skid) and can be used directly as a primary or back-up pump for sprinkler and fire extinguishing systems. Engine & Cooling: The installation is equipped with a reliable Clarke-EN12845 liquid-cooled 4-cylinder diesel engine (model JU4H-NL14 on John Deere basis) with a power of 47 kW. The cooling system is equipped with a Clarke CSK160 heat exchanger and coolant expansion tank. High pressure water pump: A directly coupled high pressure water pump from the top brand KSB is mounted on the motor (Model KFP 50-200). This certified fire pump delivers a capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour (60 m³/h) at a working pressure of 4.5 bar at 2500 revolutions per minute. Control: On the right side is the original, redundant sprinkler control box. This box regulates the automatic emergency start and monitors/charges two independent starter batteries (Charger Battery 1 & 2), fully in accordance with the strict European EN 12845 safety standards. Because sprinkler systems only run during periodic test phases, these types of systems usually have run extremely few operational hours. The machine has been professionally disassembled and can be loaded directly with a forklift.
