 DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT

The "SUPER LINE NEW GENERATION" type vacuum forming equipment is suitable for the automatic processing of thermal annealing sheets up to 8mm thickness.

Specifically, they are suitable for the production of inner chambers for domestic refrigerators with the use of a few operators.

The tools used are designed for positive forming.

The automatic operation of the machine requires the manual selector switches to be set in the correct position.

The machine is fitted with the following equipment:

- Electrical equipment for the control of the manual and automatic operation of the machine; SIMATIC S7-300 "Siemens" PLC and ET200B peripheral modules for the physical operation of the machine and a "Comi" PLC for the control of the heating panels, using a computer for data input.

- Hydraulic unit with 9 Tons of pressure (lower, tool table).

- Pneumatic unit to operate the movements.

- Vacuum system for moulding.

- Water network for cooling.
