IMPORTANT NOTE:

This is a sale through a commission agent managed by Surplex. Following the award, the customer will receive from Surplex the invoice relating to the auction commission and the dismantling & loading cost (if applicable). Subsequently, after settling the previous invoice, they will receive the invoice for the award price (plus VAT if applicable) directly from the seller.

All taxes and fees related to the sale will be borne by the winning bidder (e.g., cancellation of any encumbrances or mortgages, payment of property tax, inspection, fee of the Auto Practices Agency that will handle the process of deregistration of plates and vehicle documents).

In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Auto Practices Agency where all administrative procedures will be carried out.

Vehicles can only be collected after completing the ownership transfer procedures. A copy of the vehicle's ownership transfer must be filed with Surplex.

N.B.: THE TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURES MAY TAKE UP TO 6 MONTHS

INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE ON-SITE IS RECOMMENDED TO VERIFY ITS ACTUAL CONDITION.

A fee of 300 euros will be charged for the availability of the person supervising the collection operations of the asset.
